WEBSITE INFORMATION
Terms of Use
Information about using the Zerenity website, treatment enquiries and appointments.
About these terms
These terms explain how visitors may use the Zerenity website and how information about treatments is presented. The website is operated by Zerenity Ltd. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully. These terms do not remove or reduce any statutory consumer rights.
Information on this website
We aim to keep treatment descriptions, durations, prices and availability accurate, but information may change. Website content is provided for general information and is not a substitute for a personal consultation or individual suitability assessment. Please confirm the details of your chosen treatment directly with Zerenity before making arrangements.
Enquiries and appointments
The website currently provides treatment information and enquiry options; it does not confirm or complete a booking online. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment. Any appointment, price, deposit or payment terms should be agreed directly with Zerenity before the appointment is confirmed.
Cancellation and changes
Zerenity asks clients to give at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment. Please contact the salon as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Any cancellation fee, deposit arrangement or refund condition must be clearly communicated and agreed when the appointment is arranged, and remains subject to applicable consumer law. This website does not impose an automatic cancellation charge.
Patch tests, health information and suitability
A patch test may be required 24–48 hours before certain treatments. You may be asked to disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, health conditions or previous reactions so that suitability can be considered. Please raise any concerns before your treatment. Not every service will be suitable for every person; Zerenity may recommend postponing or declining a treatment where appropriate.
Treatment outcomes
Results and experiences vary between individuals. Descriptions and illustrative stock photographs are not guarantees of a particular result. Any aftercare guidance should be confirmed with the treating professional.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design and Zerenity branding on this website belong to Zerenity Ltd. or are used with permission. You may browse and print limited material for personal, non-commercial use, but must not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission.
External links and third-party content
Some pages may link to external services or display images hosted by third parties. Zerenity does not control external websites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their terms where relevant.
Website availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to maintain the website, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law and questions
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without restricting any mandatory rights that apply to consumers. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Zerenity using the details above.
Updates
We may update these terms when our services or website change. The version shown here is dated 12 October 2026.
